About us


The Storm Society are a Glasgow based band consisting of: STUART KEMSLEY - Vocals & Guitar, JAMES MORGAN - Guitar, STEPHEN GOVER - Bass, NATHAN CALDWELL - Drums.
The band have been together since June 2006 and are about to release their debut single on ENRAPTURED RECORDS in March 2007.

Stuart Kemsley has also recorded some 12 songs for a solo album which he hopes to release in 2007.

One music journalist described the incredible wall of sound by a band that had no name as " A turbulent musical storm". Inspired by his comments, they decided to call themselves THE STORM SOCIETY.

"Crashing drums, thunderous bass lines and wind tunnel guitars are pinned down by a booming baritone vocal delivery to create the bands epic and majestic sound.The Storm Society have only been together a few short months but have already caught the attention of a few names in the industry. Despite not being around long enough to even play live they have landed themselves management and a single / album deal with the seminal indie label Enraptured Records. Watch out, the storm is heading this way....."
