About us
Poetry / comedy / gardening / new rave / cross-stitch (delete as applicable) is not the new rock and roll.
White is not the new black
Grey is not the new black.
Even black is not the new black.
The new black is NEW BLACK LIGHT MACHINE!
This season and every seasons must have colour.
Formed at the end of 2006 in Pontypool, South Wales. A place famous only for being Syd Barrett's last ever gig with Pink Floyd and the place that tipped him over the edge. Channelling some of this madness and taking inspiration from obscure garage, post punk and no wave bands we started writing songs that evolved into an intense, uncompromising set. We have gigged steadily around South Wales at venues like Clwb Ifor Bach, Buffalo Bar, Le Pub and Tj's and have a lot of gigs lined up for the next few months with more to be confirmed shortly.
